Accountability and review ownership
Streetfold is responsible for every page it publishes on jequirity.com. Its named responsible editor is E-lyn Thams. The Streetfold Research Desk remains the organizational byline, while the named editor owns final approval, update decisions and correction records.
Streetfold is independently operated from China. The operator publishes through the Research Desk organizational byline and retains responsibility for the site.
Research and review may take place within the same desk. Streetfold therefore does not call a guide independently reviewed unless a separate named reviewer is shown on that page with the scope of the review.
Independence
Editorial conclusions are based on usefulness to the reader. Advertising, sponsorship or affiliate relationships may not purchase a factual claim, ranking or route placement. Any future commercial relationship must be disclosed near the affected content.
Sources
Operational facts should cite the organization responsible for them, such as the transport operator, airport, venue or public authority. Each guide publishes its source list and review date. When a primary source is unavailable, the article must state the limitation and avoid false precision.
Experience claims
Streetfold publishes a first-hand experience claim only through a documented field check that names its contributor, journey date, route, scope and evidence review. Without that record, a guide remains source-checked editorial research and does not imply an on-location test.
When a guide links an independently published photograph, video or travelogue, Streetfold names the credited creator and limits the claim to what that record documents. A public record may inform Streetfold's decision guide, but it does not make its creator a Streetfold author, reviewer, contributor or field checker, prove that Streetfold completed the journey, or verify current operating conditions.
Language we avoid
- “Locals only,” “undiscovered” or “secret” when a place is publicly documented.
- Neighborhood-wide claims that an area is safe, unsafe, quiet or accessible.
- “Best” without an explicit comparison criterion.
- Exact walking times that were neither measured nor checked through a current route service.
- Permanent wording for live fares, closures, lift status or warnings.
Updates and corrections
A material factual change updates the article’s review date. Significant errors are also recorded on the corrections page. Minor grammar or layout changes do not reset the fact-check date.

Tool use and accountability
Streetfold uses generative AI to assist with drafting, restructuring and consistency checks. AI output is not treated as a factual source or as evidence of a visit. Operational claims must remain traceable to the cited public source; any experience status must come from the visible evidence model described above, and the publisher remains responsible for the final text and corrections.
Advertising
Ads may appear only after publisher identity, privacy disclosures, consent requirements and account configuration are complete. Advertising may not obscure the primary content or imitate navigation.
